Mini Cheesecake Bites Recipe

Mini Cheesecake Bites Recipe

Hey there, little chef! Today, we’re going to make some yummy mini cheesecake bites. They are like little clouds of sweetness that you can eat in one bite! Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of cream cheese (that’s the soft, yummy cheese!)

- 1/2 cup of sugar (this makes it sweet!)

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (it smells so good!)

- 1 egg (this helps it all stick together!)

- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers (these are like little crunchy pieces for the bottom)

- 1/4 cup of melted butter (this makes it all stick together too!)

- Optional: some fruit or chocolate for topping (like strawberries or chocolate chips!)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

First, we need to make the oven warm. Ask an adult to help you preheat the oven to 350°F (that's about 175°C).

2. Make the Crust:

In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter together. It should look like wet sand! Now, take a mini muffin tin and put a little bit of this mixture in each cup. Press it down with your fingers to make a nice bottom for our cheesecakes.

3. Mix the Cheesecake Filling:

In another bowl, put the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Use a mixer or a whisk to mix it all together until it’s smooth and creamy. It should look like a fluffy cloud!

4. Fill the Cups:

Now, carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the crusts in the muffin tin. Fill them about 3/4 full.

5. Bake:

Ask an adult to help you put the muffin tin in the oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. You’ll know they are done when they look a little puffy and not jiggly.

6. Cool Down:

After baking, let them cool down for a bit. Then, you can put them in the fridge for about an hour to get nice and cold.

7. Add Toppings:

Once they are cold, you can add some fruit or chocolate on top if you want!

8. Enjoy:

Now, it’s time to eat your mini cheesecake bites! Yum!

Serving Size:

Makes about 12 mini cheesecake bites.
