Birthday Bash Cheesecake Recipe

Birthday Bash Cheesecake Recipe

Today, we’re going to make a super yummy Birthday Bash Cheesecake! It’s creamy, sweet, and perfect for celebrating. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

- 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs (that’s like tiny pieces of cookies!)

- ½ cup of melted butter (that’s the gooey stuff!)

- 2 cups of cream cheese (it’s super creamy!)

- 1 cup of sugar (for sweetness!)

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (it smells so good!)

- 3 eggs (they help it all stick together!)

- 1 cup of colorful sprinkles (for the birthday fun!)

Instructions:

1. **Preheat the Oven:

First, we need to make the oven warm. Ask an adult to help you preheat the oven to 325°F (that’s 160°C).

2. **Make the Crust:

In a big bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. It should look like wet sand! Now, press this mixture into the bottom of a round cake pan. This will be our crust!

3. **Mix the Cheesecake Filling:

In another bowl, put the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a mixer or a whisk to mix it all together until it’s smooth and creamy. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one.

4. **Add the Sprinkles:

Now, gently fold in the colorful sprinkles. This is what makes it a Birthday Bash cheesecake!

5. Pour and Bake:

Pour the creamy mixture over the crust in the cake pan. Then, ask an adult to help you put it in the oven. Bake it for about 50-60 minutes. It should be set but still a little jiggly in the middle.

6. Cool Down:

Once it’s done, let it cool down for a bit, then put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight if you can wait!). This makes it super cold and delicious!

7. Serve and Enjoy:

When it’s time to eat, slice it up and enjoy your Birthday Bash Cheesecake with friends and family!

This recipe makes about 12 slices.
