Fresh Fruit Topped Cheesecake Recipe

Fresh Fruit Topped Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers (these are like little crunchy cookies!)

- 1/4 cup of melted butter (this helps hold the crust together)

- 2 cups of cream cheese (this is the main part of our cheesecake!)

- 1 cup of sugar (this makes it sweet and yummy)

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (this adds a nice flavor)

- 2 cups of fresh fruits (like strawberries, blueberries, or bananas - you can pick your favorites!)

- 1 cup of whipped cream (this makes it extra fluffy!)

Instructions:

1. Make the Crust:

   - First, we need to make the crust! In a big bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter together. It should look like wet sand.

   - Now, take a round cake pan and press the mixture into the bottom. This will be our cheesecake base. Make sure it’s nice and flat!

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

   - In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. You can use a mixer or a big spoon. Mix it until it’s super smooth and creamy, like frosting!

3. Combine:

   - Pour the creamy mixture over the crust in the cake pan. Spread it out so it’s even.

4. Chill:

   - Now, we need to put it in the fridge for about 4 hours (or overnight if you can wait!). This helps it get nice and firm.

5. Add the Toppings:

   - Once it’s ready, take it out of the fridge. Now, it’s time to add the fresh fruits on top! You can arrange them however you like. Then, add some whipped cream on top for extra fluffiness!

6. Slice and Serve:

   - Finally, slice it into pieces and enjoy your delicious fresh fruit topped cheesecake!
