Dinner Party Delight Cheesecake Recipe

Dinner Party Delight Cheesecake Recipe

Today, we are going to make a super yummy cheesecake that will make everyone at the dinner party smile! Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

- 1 ½ cups of crushed graham crackers (that’s like little crunchy cookies!)

- ½ cup of melted butter (that’s the gooey stuff!)

- 2 cups of cream cheese (it’s soft and creamy!)

- 1 cup of sugar (to make it sweet!)

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (it smells so good!)

- 3 large eggs (they come from chickens!)

- 1 cup of sour cream (it’s a little tangy!)

- Fresh fruits or chocolate for topping (optional, but super fun!)

Instructions:

1. **Make the Crust:

First, we need to make the bottom of our cheesecake. In a big bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter together. It should look like wet sand! Now, press this mixture into the bottom of a round cake pan. This is our crust!

2. **Mix the Creamy Filling:

In another bowl, put the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a mixer or a whisk to mix it all together until it’s super smooth and creamy.

3. **Add the Eggs:

Now, crack the eggs one by one into the creamy mixture. Mix it all together again until it’s nice and smooth.

4. **Sour Cream Time:

Add the sour cream to the mixture and stir it in. This will make our cheesecake extra creamy!

5. Pour and Bake:

Pour the creamy mixture over the crust in the cake pan. Now, we need to bake it! Preheat the oven to 325°F (that's about 160°C). Bake the cheesecake for about 50-60 minutes. It should be set but still a little wobbly in the middle.

6. **Cool Down:

After baking, let it cool down for a bit, then put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight if you can wait!). This helps it get nice and firm.

7. **Decorate:

When it’s ready to eat, you can add fresh fruits or drizzle some chocolate on top to make it look pretty!

Serving Size:

This recipe makes about 12 slices of cheesecake.
