Party Ready Cheesecake Bites Recipe

Party Ready Cheesecake Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of cream cheese (softened)

- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 1 cup of whipped cream

- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs

- 1/4 cup of melted butter

- Optional: fruit toppings (like strawberries or blueberries)

Instructions:

1. Make the Crust:

   - In a big bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. It should look like wet sand.

   - Take a mini muffin tin and put a little bit of the crumb mixture in each cup. Press it down with your fingers to make a crust.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

   - In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. You can use a mixer or a whisk. Mix it until it’s smooth and creamy.

   - Now, gently fold in the whipped cream. This makes it light and fluffy!

3. Fill the Cups:

   - Spoon the cheesecake filling into each cup on top of the crust. Fill them up to the top!

4. Chill:

   - Put the muffin tin in the fridge for about 2 hours. This helps the cheesecake bites get nice and firm.

5. Add Toppings:

   - After they are chilled, you can add some fruit on top if you want. Strawberries and blueberries are super yummy!

6. Serve:

   - Carefully take the cheesecake bites out of the muffin tin. You can use a small spoon to help pop them out.

Serving Size:

Makes about 12 cheesecake bites.
